Shipping costs are calculated
by United Parcel Service or United States Postal Service. These costs
are calculated according to weight. We do not have control over these
costs. However, we are very careful about package size when preparing
your shipment to try and keep the cost at a minimum for our customers.
We will send you a tracking number when your package has shipped
We want your transaction with us to be your best experience online
- Any personalized or custom made to order items are NOT REFUNDABLE
- Return and Cancellation Policy
We
proudly stand behind the quality brand name products that we sell. You
may return any unopened unused merchandise in its original condition
within 30 days of receiving your order. We will refund the total sales
amount, less a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping charges. The
merchandise must also be packed in its original manufacturers box and
include all original packaging material, original manuals and any
accessories that came with the item.
Note: A Return Authorization
(RA) is required prior to shipping your package back to us. We will
only refund shipping costs and waive the restocking fee if the return is

claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items
in your order) must be submitted to our Customer Service Department
within 3 business days after delivery. You must notify Customer Service
by either e-mail or telephone. We will not be responsible for, nor issue
a refund, if notified after (3) business days.
If the return is
the result of our error, we will arrange to have the item picked up via
UPS and returned to our warehouse. We will issue a complete refund
including the original shipping costs.
Items that are returned
more than 30 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, are
missing parts, or returned to us without authorization will be charged
an additional restocking fee at our discretion.
If a package is
returned to our warehouse undelivered for any reason by our shipping
carrier, and you do not wish to have the package reshipped to you will be charged a 50% restocking fee and the
original shipping charges.- How to Return An item
- Depending upon our convenience, our products are shipped from various places in the USA. Therefore it is imperative that before returning any item/s to us,

Contact Us via Email or Phone, tell us why you are returning the item
in as much detail as possible. Upon receipt, we will issue an RA# for
the return.
2. Packing your return- Place the item in its
original packaging with all documents, manuals, parts and accessories.
Wrap your item carefully in a box with a copy of your order form and
return form. Please clearly write your RA # on the outside of your box.

Shipping your return- If the reason for your return is not our fault,
the buyer bears all shipping costs. We recommend that you ship us your
returned item with a tracking #.
4. Receipt of your item- We will
send you an e-mail to notify you that your return has been processed
and your account credited. You should expect a refund in the same form
of payment originally used for purchase within 7-14 business days of our
receiving your return.

Exchange will only be made once per individual order number. Be sure to refer to the sizing chart for sizing. There is a link on every product page for this sizing chart. Measure yourself to be sure that the size you order falls into our sizing guidelines per the sizing chart.Any customer doing excessive Exchanges will be blocked from our site and no further orders will ever be accepte Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

Depending upon our convenience, our products are shipped from various places in the USA. Therefore it is imperative that before returning any item/s to us,
you have to contact us and obtain an exchanges authorization number, the exchanges shipping address and any additional guidelines we may specify about the
packing or the manner in which the exchanges should be made. No exchanges will be made if you do not comply with these guidelines. So please read the
following information carefully, before you make your selections.
We accept exchanges for size only products, subject to some terms and conditions which are mentioned below. - All of our products can be returned for an exchange except for any non-coverage bottoms like G-strings, thongs, tonga, as well as underwear, videos, custom orders and final sale items.
- 1. There is a $15.00 charged for exchanged products. This fee covers processing the return and shipping and handling for the product to be returned to you.
You will be responsible for the postage to send the package back to us for the exchange to be made.
- 2. We may mention our exchanges policy either here or on the product information page or in the category page. You should exchange the items only after
contacting us and obtaining the exchanges number and to the return address we specify.
- 3. All exchanges must be in saleable condition and returned in their original packing, in new condition, and with the original packing materials. You should

- 4. Shipping charges will not be refunded on returned items, unless the return was due to our fault, that is, only if we have shipped you a wrong product or a
defective product. If you have received a defective product, please make sure that you document it correctly and take a picture of the item in the condition
in which it is received. Then follow steps #3 above
**Refused shipments, Cancelled Order or returned (undamaged) goods that do not comply with these guidelines. will incur a 25% restocking fee plus freight charges of $15.00 and $5.00 handling charges.

info@homeconnectiondirect.com to get an RAN nummber to return a product due to our error and to receive special shipping instructions. The shipping charges
for all other returns shall be paid for by the customer.
